Silent Retreat

Revised dates: Friday, November 18 - Sunday, Nov. 20
In Person at Ignatius House

Your host, Rabbi Mitch Cohen talks with ZG Executive Director Debonee Morgan about the benefits of silence, alone and with a group, and the joys and benefits of the upcoming retreat. You'll catch some quick meditation tips and encouragement, and permission to rest.

Join us for time in deep silent contemplation to refresh and draw inward as the season turns. Day will be spent in silence with evening lectures. Participants will be housed on the lovely grounds of Ignatius House. Spaces are limited.

After a two year absence due to COVID, we are again hosting the Zeitgeist Atlanta Silent Meditation Retreat at the Ignatius House in Sandy Springs, GA.

The retreat will consist of set sessions of group silent meditations each day at Schroeder House, lots of time to walk the beautiful grounds of Ignatius House, take personal time in the large library, do silent Yoga or engage in Contemplative Prayer in the Ignatius House Chapel.  Each evening, a guest speaker will share their wisdom with us, including dream work, how to grow from what comes up in meditation and the Oneness of Self-Energy.

$400 Cost per person includes programming and speakers, rooms, three meals per day and all-day long snacks, coffee and tea.
