Dismantling Domination: The Social and Spiritual Revolution of Beatrice Bruteau A four-part conversation with Brie Stoner Thursdays, 1-3pm EDT 6/25, 7/9 & 23, 8/13
Join us as Brie leads our exploration of The Holy Thursday Revolution by Beatrice Bruteau, supplemented with the fierce, feminine wisdom of Barbara Holmes, Joy Bostic, and Christena Cleveland among many others. Brie is a student of Beatrice Bruteau’s writings and invites us to continue themes developed during our February workshop, Still and Still Moving. We will explore the role of contemplation, perception and social transformation.
Contemplative Way Stations with Lerita Coleman Brown, Stuart Higginbotham and Carl McColman
Sunday, June 28, 2020 3:00-5:00pm EDT
The Way Station is in between, a place to rest, but it is not the destination. We find ourselves at different places on this journey to the “new normal.” What might we be learning at the Way Station? Who and What are our guides? MMP is pleased to host a continued converation begun during Epiphany with these three delightful, thoughtful and thought-provoking writers. There is no charge to attend, but participants must register to receive the Zoom link.
